For Diabetes services you should contact your GP
They will organise your primary health care,  and may  also recommend care that is given by a specialist. Depending on what is needed, this specialist care could be from a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (based in the community) or a Specialist Diabetes Consultant (doctor). For people with diabetes who would like support and information from others in the  same position, the details of the local voluntary support group is Diabetes UK:
